Role
As the Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for developing design processes, conducting user research, designing UI solutions, managing the design system, and ensuring clear cross-team communication.
Team Structure and Tools
The Product team included two Product Managers, a Graphic Designer, a contract Senior Designer, and me. We used Figma for design, Jira for managing tasks, and Confluence for documentation.
